My Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as an educator, gifted specialist, and parent coach. Those experiences shaped how I understand learning, relationships, neurodivergence, and the many ways people adapt to life’s challenges. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
What I Believe
I don’t believe people need fixing. I believe people change when they feel deeply understood, challenged with compassion, and given the space to explore themselves without judgement.
My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of your inner and outer landscape so the choices you make become more intentional, authentic, and aligned with the life you want.
What You Can Expect
Clients describe me as warm, direct, and engaging. I value curiosity and collaboration, and I believe meaningful therapy balances insight with practical change.
Some sessions explore the roots of long-standing patterns. Others focus on building skills, strengthening relationships, or helping your nervous system feel safer and more flexible. Every story is different, and therapy is tailored to you.
My Role
You are the expert of your life. My role is to bring clinical knowledge, curiosity, pattern recognition, and reflection while honoring your experiences, values, and autonomy. Together we’ll create a therapeutic relationship where you feel supported to explore, heal, and grow.
