Brainspotting is a gentle, brain-body approach that helps access and process experiences that may be difficult to reach with words alone. It can be especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, grief, performance and experiences that continue to feel “stuck”.
-
Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, especially when your child is neurodivergent, anxious, or has experienced trauma. Together, we’ll better understand your child’s nervous system, reduce power struggles, strengthen connection, and develop practical strategies that actually fit your family.
-
Relationships can become stuck in painful cycles that leave both partners feeling misunderstood or disconnected. Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) helps couples identify these patterns, communicate more openly, rebuild trust, and create a more secure emotional connection.
-
Doing hard things means you prove to your brain that you can be uncomfortable and secure simultaneously. Rather than eliminating fear, we’ll gradually help your brain learn that uncertainty and discomfort can be tolerated without relying on compulsions, avoidance, or reassurance. My approach to ERP is modified to be trauma informed and neurodivergent affirming, meaning we will tailor exposures to your nervous system, sensory needs, autonomy and values while preserving the evidence based principles that make ERP effective.

We all have different parts of ourselves, each with its own story, purpose, and protective role. Some carry wounds from the past, while others work tirelessly to keep us safe. Through curiosity, compassion, and connection, IFS helps these parts feel understood rather than judged. As they experience that the present is different from the past, they can release old burdens, let go of survival roles they no longer need, and allow your authentic Self to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and calm.
-
Insight alone doesn’t always create change. Experiential Therapy helps individuals move beyond simply talking about their emotion by engaging the emotion, the body, creativity, and present-moment awareness so change can be felt, not just understood. Sessions may incorporate expressive art, sand tray, guided imagery/visualization, role play, Soul Collage, Brainspotting, and IFS tailored to your unique needs, goals, and comfort level.

Walk-and-talk therapy offers an alternative to the traditional office setting. For some people, movement and being outdoors can make it easier to reflect, regulate emotions, and engage in meaningful conversation. If sitting in an office feels restrictive, this approach may offer a more natural way to connect with yourself and the therapeutic process. I am conveniently located near a city park and walking trail.

Gestalt Therapy focuses on increasing awareness of your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and relationship patterns in the present moment. By becoming more aware of how you experience yourself, you gain greater freedom to make intentional choices rather than repeating old patterns.
-
Therapy intensives offer several hours of focused, uninterrupted work, allowing us to make meaningful progress in a condensed time frame. Intensives are ideal for busy professionals, individuals who frequently travel, couples seeking focused relationship work, or those wanting to accelerate progress on a specific goal.
Intensives can also be provided as an adjunct to therapy alongside your current provider, offering specialized supports such as trauma processing, OCD treatment, Brainspotting, or IFS while you continue working with your primary therapist. Because every intensive is individually designed, pricing varies based on your goals and length of service. Please contact me to request a personalized quote.

We are shaped by our relationships, with others and ourselves. Relational Therapy explored how past experiences, attachment patterns, and early relationships influence the way you connect, communicate, set boundaries, and view yourself today. Together, we’ll increase awareness of these patterns, strengthen your capacity for authentic connection, and develop new ways of relating that are grounded in safety, self trust, and secure attachment.
