and emergency response may be limited based on client location.
Clients are responsible for providing an accurate physical location at the time of each telehealth session in case emergency services are needed.
Good Faith Estimates (No Surprises Act)
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance with an estimate of expected charges for medical and mental health services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.

All licensed clinicians practicing through Michelle Sacksteder, PLLC comply with applicable Texas laws and regulations governing professional mental health services.
Questions regarding a provider’s credentials or licensing status may be directed to the applicable Texas licensing board through the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).
