Maybe you’re ready to reach out, but you’re wondering what happens next?
Step 1: Your Free Consultation
First, we’ll set up a free 15 minute consultation to be sure we’re a good fit for working together and your current therapy needs. If that’s not the case, I’ll do what I can to help you find a good fit. If we decide it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule our first initial session together.
Step 2: The In Between Period
Between our call and our first session, I’ll provide you with access to my client portal, so you can complete the intake paperwork with questions that help me better understand you and your background. I’m also free to answer any questions you may have before our first session. I know coming to see a therapist can bring up a lot of questions and feelings of uncertainty.
Step 3: Your First Session
Our first session will be a little different than future sessions because we’ll use it to review paperwork, consent, confidentiality, and any questions you might have about me or the process. We’ll also work on building our connection and determining your goals, which will guide the process.
